Call for Papers
You are invited to submit extended paper for oral presentation. Extended paper must be original, unpublished work containing new and interesting result that demonstrate current research about Insitu Measurement of Soil Properties and Case Histories
Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the extended abstract. All extended abstracts are to be submitted electronically in Word format. All extended abstracts will be peer reviewed by independent referees who are experts in each topic.

Call For Paper - FAQ (Frequently Ask Question)
1. What type of paper should I submit?
Authors are required to submit an abstract and an extended abstract only (2–4 pages). Full papers are not required, except for keynote speakers and invited lecturers, full papers are required (max 20 pages)
2. What should the extended abstract include?
The extended abstract should contain:

Background and research goals

The method of research or observation data

A detailed explanation of the results

The main conclusions
It should clearly represent the contribution and significance of your research.
3. Why do you only require an extended abstract instead of a full paper?
We accept only extended abstracts to allow authors the opportunity to later publish their full papers in journals of their choice.
4. Will the extended abstract be published?
Yes. All accepted extended abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be distributed during the conference day.
5. What will be included in the conference proceedings?
The proceedings will contain:

Full papers from keynote speakers and invited lecturers

Extended abstracts from all accepted authors.
6. Is it possible to publish my full paper in a journal through this conference?
Yes, we can assist authors who wish to publish their full paper in journals in partnership with the committee. Some journals required an additional publication fee.
However, please note that we are still in discussion with journal partners.
7. How will the submitted extended abstracts be reviewed?
All submissions will undergo peer review by our Scientific Committee to ensure relevance, quality, and adherence to the conference theme.
8. Who can present at the conference?
Only authors whose extended abstracts are accepted after review and registered in the conference will be invited to present during the Technical Sessions. The presentation could be oral or posters.
9. What is the main theme of the conference?
Submitted extended abstracts must be relevant to the main theme of the conference. Please refer to the official website for the detailed theme and subtopics.
10. How do I submit my extended abstract?
Please submit your extended abstract through the submission link available on our website.
11. Is there a template for the extended abstract?
Yes. The extended abstract template can be downloaded from the seminar website.
12. What is the page limit for the extended abstract?
The extended abstract should be between 2 and 4 pages, including figures and tables.
13. Can I revise my abstract after submission?
Yes. You may revise your submission before the deadline by uploading the updated version via the submission portal.
14. Will I receive a certificate of presentation or publication?
Yes. Presenting authors will receive a certificate of presentation, and all accepted extended abstracts will be acknowledged in the conference proceedings.
